About Dr. Anna Lee
Dr. Anna Lee graduated with a doctorate of chiropractic in 2001 from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Prior to attending chiropractic college Dr. Lee was a patient of chiropractic care. She suffered from chronic back pain as a result of spinal curvature from an early age. After the pain diminished and no longer suffering from chronic back pain, Dr. Lee interned with a well known chiropractic clinician and decided to become a chiropractic practitioner herself. She wanted to work in the field that promotes and nurtures the healing of the body through inherent potentials of the balanced spine and nervous system.
Dr. Lee moved to New York City and practiced in Queens and Manhattan for three years after graduating from Parker University. She worked with diverse groups of patients; treating minor and major work or auto related injuries to patients with an autoimmune disease, headaches, neck and back pain.
In 2005, Dr. Lee was accepted into the prestigious chiropractic radiology residency in New York Chiropractic College located in Seneca Falls, New York. She completed her radiology residency and earned her Master of Science in diagnostic imaging while professionally teaching at the College for the next five years. Throughout her residency at New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Lee was honored with medical radiology rotations at the Ithaca MRI Center, F.F. Thompsom Hospital, Seoul University Hospital, and the Finger Lakes Bone and Joint Orthopedic Center. She also interpreted and worked on numerous diagnostic imaging reports with chiropractic radiologists throughout the five years.
After earning her Master’s degree, Dr. Lee moved to New Jersey to resume her clinical dedication in the field of chiropractic profession. She worked as an associate in a private chiropractic practice in Fort Lee, New Jersey. She specializes in manual diversified, Graston, myofascial release and therapeutic taping. She treats musculoskeletal ailments (i.e., neck, back, shoulder, hip, upper and lower extremities, as well as headaches, jaw pain), works with her patients to increase overall function of the body and provides education on reducing the risk of injury or re-injury.
